DOC WILLIE ONG – Filipino doctor Willie Ong revealed the remedies for diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.

In a video posted on his YouTube channel, Doc Willie Ong revealed that the remedy for diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol is in the diet of a person. The effects on the body is reflective of what food the person is eating.

According to Doc Willie, eating vegetables only without meat can lower the blood pressure level while a diet that is low in carbohydrates can help in achieving healthy weight loss. Also, the latter can help boost the level of good cholesterol in the body and reduce the risk of heart disease.

If you choose a gluten-free diet, according to the Filipino doctor, it is best for managing the symptoms of celiac disease and other diseases that are linked to gluten.You should avoid wheat, rye, and barley if you are into this type of diet.

Based on the video posted on YouTube, another diet that Doc Willie Ong discussed as the remedy for diabetes, high blood, and high cholesterol is the anti-inflammatory diet. It can help reduce the blood pressure level and ease arthritis and inflammatory diseases.

According to the doctor, here is a list of the six(6) remedies for the three(3) rampant health conditions:

  • eat vegetables
  • exercise everyday
  • relax and sleep
  • relax your mind to avoid stress
  • leave behind vices
  • drink lots of water daily

Here are the signs on when there is a need to take a medicine:

  • If the blood pressure reaches 160/100
  • If the blood sugar reaches 200,300,400
  • If the cholesterol level reaches 300+
