There are actually ways on how to have a quality sleep according to Filipino doctor Willie Ong. Making these ways a habit can help promote a restful sleep that will make you ready for the day’s tasks.

  1. Have specific and regular time for sleeping.
  2. Eat the right and healthy food.
  3. Have a regular exercise.
  4. Avoid drinking coffee.
  5. Consider a Vitamin B Complex which helps increase the eating appetite and improve the quality of sleep.
  6. Do not depend on sleeping pills.
  7. Do not take a nap during the daytime.
  8. Relax by listening to music, having a body massage, meditating, or taking a bath in warm water.
  9. Think of unimportant things to entertain yourself until you feel drowsy.
  10. Pray and lift up your worries to God as He will be the One Who will solve it.
