- Always wash your hands.
- Use an antiseptic alcohol in cleaning your hands and as well as things like tables and doorknobs.
- Drink eight (8) to twelve (12) glasses of water daily.
- Take tea, chicken soup, and fruit juices.
- Gargle lukewarm water with salt when you are experiencing itchy or painful throat.
- Perform some steam inhalation to clear clogged nose.
- Rest and sleep to relax your body.
