Currently, the attention of most people is on the 2019 novel coronavirus or COVID-19. One of the countries affected is the Philippines that’s why a lot of Filipinos are worried that it may spread.
Currently, there is a total of 187 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the country. Twelve (12) patients of coronavirus died during the treatment and several people are now monitored.
For more than a week now, the total number of coronavirus cases in the country continues to take an increasing momentum. A lot of people are dealing with coronavirus-caused stress already due to what is happening around.

- Continue eating healthy even if you are staying at home. Also, observe enough sleep and rest.
- Get the facts about coronavirus and gather the information that can help know more about the disease and the situation including your risk.
- Limit worrying a lot but take precautions according to WHO.
- Think about the things you did in the past that helped you relieve your stress.
