  4. Avoid love songs, emotional movies, or places where you have great memories together. It will only make you feel depressed.
  5. Avoid unhealthy habits like drinking as it won’t help you forget. It will only give you more troubles.
  6. Ask help from friends and families.
  7. Exercise to keep your body in shape.
  8. Pamper yourself.
  9. Go to church and pray.
  10. If all these things don’t work out, you need to visit a psychiatrist or phycologist.
