Aging is the process where one person gets old and everyone of us undergoes this particular process. We all grow old even animals, however, it doesn’t mean that aging must be seen on our physical as well. Actually, there are healthy techniques and useful ways to look younger than your actual age. Moreover, a youthful appearance is a sign that you are healthy and it makes you look attractive.

Here are some useful tips to stay looking young:

  • Eating a healthy breakfast EVERYDAY such as vegetables, fruits, rice, milk, egg, and sardines.
  • Always eat foods that has a tomato sauce ingredient.
  • Drink green tea as it also combats various kinds of cancer.
  • Eat green leafy vegetables and a variety of fruits such as apple, watermelon, and banana.
  • Don’t eat too much. Eat everything moderately.
  • Marry and find a partner in life as it lengthens life years compared to those who grow old alone.
  • Laughter is the best medicine.
  • Be friends with people who are kind and you can trust to avoid stress.
  • Do “it” with your partner. The “S–” thing as it is proven to be true.
  • Avoid to vices and dangers.
  • Sleep for seven to eight hours everyday.
  • Do exercise regularly.
  • Own a dog as they are good pets which will give you love.
  • Brush your teeth thrice a day and use dental floss.
  • Drink right medicines and supplements. Be sure to ask your doctor before drinking it.
  • Know the disease history of your family and be sure to do things to avoid it.
  • Drink eight to 10 glasses of water everyday.
  • Avoid exposure to sun, dirt, pollution, and smoke from cigarettes.
  • Live within or below your means. Avoid yourself to having many debts.
