MILK TEA – Are you one of those people who loves to drink milk tea? Despite its delicious taste, consuming it daily is not healthy.
One of the most popular drinks nowadays is milk tea. This drink which comes in different flavors is a trend and many people from different ages consider it as a favorite.
In fact, due to the demands now, many people put up a store selling milk teas of different flavors. Some occupied a space while others started with a booth.
However, drinking milk tea daily may not be good for the body. Are you one of those who drink it on a daily basis?

- Insomnia – The drink may contain caffeine and it can lead to sleep disorders like insomnia. Small amounts of this drink may not really keep you up but having more than two (2) cups of it can result to sleeping difficulty.
- Pimples – Drinking too much milk teas can lead to an imbalance in the chemicals in the body which may result to the outbreak of pimples.
- Anxiety – Tea can activate the brain cells and too much of it can result to an imbalance in the brain chemicals that can lead to anxiety.
- Constipation – Milk teas may also contain theophylline, too much of this chemical that helps in boosting the motion flow can result to constipation.
- Blood Pressure Imbalance – Based on the article, drinking too much of this drink can increase the heart rate and can lower the blood pressure level too much.
