One of our go-to foods in any time of the day is instant noodle. It is cheap, delicious, has wide choices of flavors, and easy to prepare. Several Asian countries like China, Indonesia, Japan, and Thailand have the highest consumers of eating this type of food.

Although this is very practical to have in a meal, in reality, there are several dangers to our health brought by noodles. You might have saved for now but the harmful effects it has might cost you a lot later on.
