- Do not mix acidic and subacidic fruits with sweet fruits.
- Acidic fruits which include grapefruits and strawberries or subacidic fruits like apples peaches, and pomegranates must not be mixed with raisins and bananas for better digestion.
- Do not mix fruits and vegetables.
