Doc Willie & Liza Ong Pointed Out the Best Time To Eat Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
BEST TIME TO EAT – Doctors Willie and Liza Ong cited the ideal time to eat breakfast, lunch, and as well as dinner at night.
Truths be told that not everyone of us are strict when it comes to our eating schedule. Some depend their eating time on the hunger they are feeling or their mood. Sadly, stress often leads to frequent eating sessions resulting to obesity.
Do you know that there are actually the best time to eat? There are a lot of processes happening inside the body and there are really hours of the day that are excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dr. Willie and Dr. Liza Ong cited them in a video.
According to the doctors, the ideal time to have your breakfast is between 7:00 o’clock to 8:00 o’clock in the morning. It must be within thirty (30) minutes since you work. It is not good to have it past 10:00 o’clock.
With regards to the ideal time for lunch, Doc Willie and Doc Liza cited between 12:30 at noontime to 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon. It is not advisable to have it later than 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon as the ideal gap between breakfast and lunch is four (4) hours only.
Based on the video, Doc Willie and Doc Liza Ong cited 6:00 o’clock in the afternoon to 9:00 o’clock in the evening as the best time to eat dinner. They do not suggest having it after 10:00 o’clock in the evening. You must eat three (3) hours before going to sleep.
For those who are on a diet, the doctors also gave some tips on how to do it right. Based on the video, here is a list of what you must do:
- avoid too much carbohydrates
- reduce your rice intake
- increase your vegetable consumption
- do some simple exercises like walking
- drink a lot of water
- eat fruits that are rich in vitamins
- take vitamins
- have enough sleep
- go for a check-up at least once a year
