- carrots – Carrots are hard to digest making it not ideal as food before hitting the sack at night.
- fried foods – Based on the article, you may still eat fried foods like French fries, onion rings, and fried fish but do it at an earlier time.
- steak – The high fat and protein content of steak can contribute to the disruption of your sleeping schedule.
