HOW TO PREVENT HEART DISEASE – Doctor Willie Ong revealed the ways on how we can actually avoid getting a heart disease.
Nowadays, more and more people are suffering from heart diseases. These are health conditions that are related to the organ in the body responsible for pumping blood in other parts of the body. Conditions related to the heart are all serious ones that need attention.
Truths be told that heart disease do not exempt anyone. It can be present in both young and old regardless of the gender of the person. Lifestyle plays a big factor in the cause of this health condition.
Recently, a doctor by the name of Dr. Willie Ong shared his knowledge about heart disease. Through a video, the doctor also cited the ways on how we can actually prevent heart disease.
While it is not yet too late for these, it is best to start following these tips now for a healthier heart. Here is a list of the ways on how to prevent heart disease:
- Eat food that are good for the heart. Doc Willie cited that most of these are red and green food such as the tomatoes, apple, watermelon, strawberry, and grapes.
- Exercise. The doctor also recommends 30 minutes to one(1) hour of exercise every day. You can do it thrice or five(5) times a week.
- Eating habits. When it comes to eating, Doc Willie suggests the intake of healthy food and the avoidance of meat.
- Control your health conditions. You must control your diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol which are among the main causes of heart diseases.
