1. Spinach or Kangkong

This vegetable bears a high nutritional value as it is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. It can help prevent certain types of cancer that affects women and it also improves vision.

2. Fat Fish

Fishes like dilis, sardines, milkfish, and tuna play an important role in the cells inside the body. It can help prevent cardiovascular diseases, stroke, high blood or hypertension, and joint pains among others.

3. Beans

Based on the video, beans are low in fat. It is also an excellent source of protein and fiber and reduces the risk of cancer and heart diseases.

4. Tomato and Watermelon

These red food got lycopene for the body, specifically for the heart health. They are also loaded with antioxidants.

5. Low-Fat Milk

As it is loaded with calcium, drinking low-fat milk can reduce the risk of osteoporosis and diabetes. It also helps prevent the formation of lumps in the colon and ovary.

6. Broccoli and Cauliflower

Also among the healthy food for women according to Doc Willie Ong are the broccoli and cauliflower as they help slow down the spread of cancer. Based on the video, broccoli also contains indole3-carbinol, a compound that prevents cancer.

7. Avocado

The avocado fruit contains folate or folic acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, potassium, and mono-unsaturated fats. The said fats is essential in the production of reproductive hormones.
