We all want to be presentable and by such, we need to heed some advice in order to obtain a young looking and flawless skin which is one factor to have a pleasing personality. And it takes process to achieve it. Thus, expert Doc Liza Ong shared some tips.
Here are some effective tips to avoid dry and dull-looking skin:
- Bathing everyday suggested to be done twice daily to get away from dirt that can harm the skin and avoid diseases as well.
- Putting on lotion for both men and women in order to moisturize the skin.
- Avoid the sun rays starting from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. for the ultra violet rays of the sun might cause freckles, sun spots, and skin cancer. And always use sunblock or sunscreen.
- Apply moisturizing creams or lotion before sleeping. Also apply when you are working in a cold and dry environment.
- Quit smoking and drinking for these respectively slows down blood circulation and dehydrates the skin which can possibly cause wrinkles.
- Drink lots of water to keep skin hydrated and smooth.
- Healthy eating is also a must for Vitamins A, C, and E, kerotinoids, and biotins fight off wrinkles.
- Other tips also include avoiding stress, sleeping early, enough rest, and to always smile.
