Benefits Of Meditation – What Are The Benefits Of This?

These are the different benefits of meditation to physical and mental health.

BENEFITS OF MEDITATION – There are many benefits we can get from meditation and mindfulness practices and here are some of these benefits.

When feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or stress, we often tend to put our focus on eating unhealthy foods thinking that these “comfort foods” might actually bring comfort. But this should not be this way all the time.

There is another way that is better not just for our physical health but also for our mental health.

This is practicing meditation and mindfulness. Meditation refers to “a variety of practices that focus on mind and body integration and are used to calm the mind and enhance overall well-being”. Some types are focused on particular sensations like sound, breathing, visual image, or mantra while some types are for maintaining attention.
