Nowadays, many people who are still in their 20s or 30s already have a lot of white hair. Most of them would usually go to salons to have their hair dyed.

Doc Willie and Doc Liza explained that when the hair is wet, it is prone to breaking and hair fall. That is why it is important to not exert too much force when shampooing or drying it. It is also important to use a soft towel in drying it.

Dr. Willie and Dr. Liza Ong also reminded not to put shampoo directly on your hair but through your hands. Here are the other factors that can cause white hair and hair fall:

  1. Stress – Our body releases more adrenaline and in return losses the pigments that make our hair black.
  2. Pregnancy – It can also be a factor. After giving birth, the female hair tend to fall off faster.
  3. Lack of Vitamins – Vitamin B6, B12, Biotin, D, E, and Iron
  4. Genes –Someone in the family may have hair fall and white hair problems.
  5. Medical Problem – Thyroid problem, adrenal problem, or other health problems may cause it. Some have alopecia areata problem maybe due to stress but, in some cases, kids develop this disease due to lice and fungal infection.
  6. Hair Products – The chemicals in the hair gel, shampoo, or dye you are using may also cause it.

Based on the video, among the ways to take care of your hair are to eat healthy food, avoid stress, drink vitamins, and use natural hair dye. Also, the doctors advised avoiding the frequent usage of hair dye.
