A lot of people usually suffer from acid attack. It is because the causes of this health condition are hard to avoid – stress and hunger among the other causes.

1. Eating at the right time – Eat in small amount but frequently. For example, you started your meal at 7:00 am in the morning then at 10:00 am eat only a banana. Eat little during lunch time and at 4:00 pm eat only bread. During dinner time don’t forget to eat at 7:00 pm even if you are busy working. As much as possible avoid skipping a meal and always take good care of your stomach.

2. Banana and bread – There are many health benefits of eating banana not only that it is easy to carry and eat it can also serve as medicine to combat hyperacidity. Bread can also stop hyper acidity so it is a good habit to bring banana and bread in case you are in a hurry.

3. Drink water in small amount – Drinking water in small amount every 20 minutes keeps the stomach clean. It washes away stomach acids.

4. Avoid sour and spicy foods – Based on the video, there are foods that can trigger stomach acids. It includes lemons, pineapples, vinegar, pepper, and cold water. They can irritate the stomach.
