The best time that everyone finds best to go to the beach and have a dip in the water is during summer. And as much as many people are aware, long exposure to heat can cause heat exhaustion, heat cramps, heatstroke, and in severe cases, death. Also, it can make preexisting health conditions such as various respiratory, cerebral, and cardiovascular diseases worse.
Meanwhile, on a serious note, global temperature is rising due to climate change and it affects all population. But some, like the elderly, infants and children, pregnant women, outdoor and manual workers, athletes, and the poor are at higher risk to die if exposed to excessive heat.
