- The flour in bread is refined and has very little nutrients and fiber that the body supposedly needs. It can also spike the blood sugar level rapidly as it is high in refined carbs but low in fiber.
- Based on the article, most margarine contains trans fat which is an unhealthy type of fat.
It is really best to have the best meal set for breakfast. It is what that will keep you the entire day.
