  • one (1) cup of ginger (grated)
  • one (1) cup of turmeric (grated)
  • two (2) tablespoons of organic honey
  • black pepper
  • lemon juice
  • one (1) liter of water

Procedure in Making Immunity-Boosting Drink w/ Ginger & Turmeric:

Step 1 – Add water on a pan and heat it around 50 degrees.


Step 2 – Add the grated ginger and turmeric to the pan. Mix them well.

Step 3 – Add black pepper seeds or crush them before adding to the water in the pan. Mix them well.

Step 4 – Heat it for 30-35 minutes before putting off the fire. Based on the article, let it cool until the temperature falls to 35 degrees.

Step 5 – Strain the water into the bowl and add honey lemon juice. Wait until the honey gets dissolved and place it into a bottle.

This drink contains antioxidants from ginger and turmeric. It is anti-inflammatory as well can boost the body’s immunity.
