Through a video, Doc Liza revealed that lemon water contains “limonene” which helps the liver enzymes detoxify the food and the medicines in the body. It also contains 40 ml of Vitamin C which helps protect against cell damage.
Also, the high Vitamin C content of lemon water helps in preventing the wrinkling of the skin and eye and cardiovascular diseases. Dr. Liza Ong also revealed that preventing a cholesterol spike and healthy weight loss are also among the lemon water benefits.
How to prepare a lemon water?
