Sadly, for some, its already too late. While you are young, try to avoid the habits that shorten life. There are a lot of them that we unconsciously or consciously do.

- Unhealthy eating habit. Avoid junk food and other food that are not healthy for the body.

- Less social exposure. It is important to socialize as it affects our health. Studies show that people who retire and have less social exposure after it are mostly likely to die early.
