PREVENT EYE BAGS – Doctors Willie and Liza Ong revealed the ways on how to avoid having eye bags which is the common problem of many people.
Most people who lack sleep got dark marks under their eyes. These marks are called “eye bags”. It is common among people whose line of work requires night shift or graveyard shift.
Eye bags are not just something that makes a person not look good. It also indicates that the body is tired and needs some rest and sleep. However, truths be told that there are really situations that do not allow enough resting time.
Are you one of those who are dealing with these marks under the eyes everytime you lack sleep? According to Dr. Willie Ong and Dr. Liza Ong, there are actually ways to prevent eye bags. The doctor discussed it in a video.
- Make it to a point to sleep seven(7) to eight(8) hours every night.
- If you are suffering from insomnia, simply lie in bed and close your eyes.
- Prepare some cucumber slices and put one on each eye for fifteen(15) minutes
- Put some cold tea bags on your eyes.
- You may also wrap an ice on a towel and place it on your eyes.
- Drink around eight(8) to ten(10) glasses of water every day.
- Check on the food, medicine, and things that can cause allergy to the eyes so you can avoid them.
Based on the video, there are also some best food to prevent eye bags. Here is a list of what you can add to your diet to avoid the dark marks under the eyes:
- Carrots
- Squash
- Orange
- Mango
- Cabbage
- Spinach
- Dalandan
Aside from the tips on dealing with eye bags, Doc Willie and Doc Liza also tackled about dizziness, headache, and diabetes. They cited their common causes and their bad signs in the video.
