  • Unhealthy foods – Not eating clean reduces your life by 4 years. This is because they contain fats, sugar, and salt respectively linked to these: diseases heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure.
  • No regular doctor check-up – This lessens your life span 4 years. There are diseases tagged as silent killers and having no regular check up with your doctor puts your health at risk.
  • Lack of exercise – Not doing any physical activities can cause obesity to which this condition is linked with arthritis, heart disease, and diabetes. Also, this decreases your life by 7 years.
  • Smoking – This is ultimately one of the habits that you must quit. Smokers dies 8 years earlier than those who don’t. It damages your heart, lungs, esophagus, stomach, bowels, prostate, and among others.
