If you are way over the ideal and healthy weight, you might need to do something to get you back in shape. Dieting and losing weight do not happen over night. It takes perseverance, discipline, and determination as it could take a long process before achieving your ideal body.

  • Nutritional Label – Make it a habit to check this in every product for you to be aware the content of what you are eating and the calorie count per serving. One should only take 400 or less calories.
  • Replace chocolate of Cocoa powder – Cocoa powder is a real chocolate only that most of the fats were removed. Thus, you could have these as a healthy replacement if you are craving for chocolate but aiming to lose weight.
  • Avoid organ meats – Avoid eating bopis or sizzling sisig as these kind of foods are loaded with cholesterol and uric acid.

  • Fats – Go for foods that are fat-free and reduced fats which is why it’s highly suggested to always check the product and its label before buying.
  • Don’t stock foods – Avoid stocking foods at home for a bigger possibility that you might hoard junk foods.
  • Buffets – Say no to buffets and common diet sense, this is simply just against it.
  • Split meals – Split your meal with another person. That way, you eat less and you will pay less.
