TIPS FOR BEAUTIFUL SKIN – Dr. Willie Ong revealed some ways on how to keep the skin beautiful and healthy.

Most people wanted to achieve a healthy and beautiful skin so many spend on the different beauty products. Not only women but even men nowadays are very meticulous when it comes to skin care.

Many individuals have maintained attendance to dermatology clinics for their skin care treatment. A lot of people struggle with pimples, wrinkles, black heads, and others which need special attention to avoid breakouts.

Based on a video posted by Dr. Willie Ong on YouTube, visiting a dermatologist is one of the tips for beautiful skin. Here is a list of the other ways in keeping the skin not only beautiful but as well as healthy:

1. Avoid direct sunlight. Dr. Willie Ong suggests that sunlight avoidance most especially from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm must be observed. In case there is really a need to go out, it is best to put on some sun block lotion that is SPF 30+.

2. Observe the weather. The weather condition can affect the skin and damage it. Other factors which can do the same include the wind, air pollution, and dust.

3. Get the proper number of sleeping hours. The ideal sleeping hours everyday is between seven(7) to eight(8) hours.

4. Do not overwork your body. Stress affects the healthiness of the skin that is why everyone is encourage to not work beyond the limits always.

5. Clean your face. Most especially for women, after using makeup, make sure that you will remove the make-up, excess oil,and dirt in the face.

6. Moisturize your skin. Use skin moisturizer after taking a bath to regain the moisture of your skin.

7. Eat healthy food. Also one of the tips for beautiful skin is eating wisely. Colorful fruits and vegetables are necessary in keeping the skin beautiful and healthy.

8. Stay hydrated. When we are dehydrated, the skin also becomes dry. Thus, Doc Willie suggests that a person should drink eight(8) to ten(10) glasses of water daily.
