REGULAR BOWEL MOVEMENT – Here are the benefits of releasing waste daily according to Dr. Willie Ong.

Undeniably, one of the things that many of us do not really keep track of is our bowel movement. For most of us, simply coming to the comfort room in case there is an urge is already enough. When there is none, it does bother us a lot.

However, based on a video of Dr. Willie Ong, not releasing waste on a daily basis may not be good for the body. Also, there are conditions on when you can say that things are truly healthy amid a consistent bowel movement.

Regular Bowel Movement by Dr Willie Ong

According to Dr. Willie Ong, a regular bowel movement lowers the chances of heart disease and as well as having blood in the stool. He stressed that the normal rate is daily or at least once in two (2) days.

The doctor also stressed the indications showing good health. It include the following:

  • the right weight
  • no gas build-up in the stomach
  • not constipated

Doc Willie expressed that constipation increases the risk of heart disease as one has to exert a lot of strength. On the other side, diarrhea is also not good and is usually caused by unclean food preparation and food poisoning.

In the video about the benefits of the regular bowel movement, Dr. Willie Ong also noted some tips on how to make it regular. Here is a list of them:

  • Drink probiotics
  • Drink eight (8) to ten (10) glasses of water daily
  • Avoid too much coffee
  • Eat fruits and vegetables
  • Take fiber supplements
  • Exercise
  • Avoid stress
  • Relax when you are at the comfort room
  • Make a bowel routine
