Urinating is the process where the body releases urine from the urinary bladder through the urethra to the outside of the body. This is also one form of body’s excretion which kidneys make from filtering wastes and extra water from your blood.

Now, if you are experiencing some abnormalities or irregularities when it comes to peeing, it could be caused by something. Check out below:

  1. Urinary Tract Infection – This comes with symptoms such as frequent and painful urination and cloudy and smelly urine.
  2. Kidney Stones – One suffers pain when urinating and the urine is pink in color which indicates that there is blood present.
  3. Yeast Infection – It is when a woman suffers from a smelly discharge and it’s itchy down there causing irritation.
  4. Prostatitis – This is where prostate is infected to men where STD is among the common causes. This infection from a bacteria might also affect a man in terms of ejaculation.
  5. Allergy – This comes when you are allergic to certain products of soap, wipes, lotion, and wash. It is suggested to use mild soap and not products with strong smell due to chemicals.

Tips in order to prevent further complication include undergoing urinalysis, make sure that your urine is clear and light yellow in color, maintain proper hygiene and take a bath everyday, avoid doing it with numerous different partners, drink eight to 12 glasses of water every day, relax when urinating, and make sure to urinate before sleeping.
