    When eating the egg, can we take the whole (including the yolk) or just limit to egg white? Is soft-boiled a better way to cook the egg than hard boiled, as a means to limit intake of bad cholesterol?

  2. I m a 72 yrs old man, single parent living alone at home bcoz my children are both working abroad. I have to take good care of myself here on my own bcoz if something happens to me my children will be obliged to come back home to look after me. I dnt want to destruct them on their jobs and be their burden at home. Dr. Willie Ong is my guiding light how I can prevent other illness, and how to sustain my daily maintenance medicines, I need to take at the same time everyday. I know the only best thing I can do to help my children is to take good care of myself to ensure them peace of mind that I m doing well here at home. Dr. Willie Ong is right that I need daily exercises too to keep me in good shape, healthy and strong. For all the things that I have learned from Dr. Ong I wish I could tell him personally someday how grateful I am to him. My friends say I dnt look like a Sr. CITIZEN yet and are asking me how I m doing it…
