HIGH URIC ACID – Popular cardiologist Dr. Willie Ong cited the food that you must eat and avoid if you are suffering from it.

Aside from hypertension which is related to the blood pressure, another health condition that many people are dealing with is the spike in the uric acid. Are you one of those who are experiencing swollen joints?

Swollen joints may either be ordinary arthritis or gouty arthritis. Both of these types of arthritis may cause the person extrement pain on the knees, the fingers, and the toes.

In a video, Dr. Willie Ong revealed that gouty arthritis may be due to high uric acid. It needs a different treatment from ordinary arthritis and there are food that a person must eat and avoid.

  • Corn
  • Sweet Potato
  • Green Vegetables
  • Fruits (most especially strawberries and pineapples)
  • Egg
  • 8-12 glasses of water daily

Food to Avoid

  • Vegetables like asparagus, spinach and cauliflower
  • Mushroom
  • Oatmeal / Whole Grain Cereals
  • Gravy
  • Soy Sauce
  • Lechon Liver Sauce
