HIGH URIC ACID – Popular cardiologist Dr. Willie Ong cited the food that you must eat and avoid if you are suffering from it.

Aside from hypertension which is related to the blood pressure, another health condition that many people are dealing with is the spike in the uric acid. Are you one of those who are experiencing swollen joints?
