For a kick, we usually settle for a cup of coffee or tea every morning. Groggily wandering in the kitchen, we can always instead reach out to something more healthier that can combat cancer and other diseases. Something like a juice and smoothie recipe that’s just as good for you as they are delicious.

Here are different types of fruits and vegetables that we can either juice out or blend for a healthier state of our body and combat cancer cells and other diseases:

  • Juicing and blending are way different to each other. You can try juicing out one time and go for blending the next time.
  • Doc Willie recommends to only take half a glass of this drink in a day. Due to it high-fiber contents, you might excrete solid too much.
  • When juicing, it is best if you solely do it instead of buying in supermarket or malls because sometime, in some establishments, they mix sugar, syrup, milk, or other add-on into the juice.
  • You can always get use to the taste of this healthy drink. It may not be easy and taste good at first but your tongue will eventually get familiar to the taste.
  • Aside from a healthy body, these drinks will also give you a natural glow.
