For many people, having a cup of coffee in the morning is part of must-haves and their routine. Many can’t start their day right or have a nice day without having coffee in the morning.

- Psychological Effect. Caffeine is a stimulant and its intake at night is not good for the mental health. It can trigger, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and other mental problems.
- Tiredness. Based on the article, taking a cup of coffee at night may relieve your stress temporarily while you are having your cup but it can make you feel really tired the next morning. It can also trigger irritability most especially when you did not have enough sleep.
