  • Beans and mung beans have protein and fiber to protect you from heart diseases and cancer.

  • Seafoods such as crabs, oysters, shrimp have zinc and high in proteins but low in calories. This is also good for your prostate because lack of zinc can cause prostate cancer.
  • Bananas have potassium which is essential for to reduce sodium and eventually lower blood pressure.
  • Green leafy vegetables because they are rich in antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin for vision and have phytochemicals to fight off cancer.
  • Orange vegetables such as carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, and orange bell peppers are rich in vitamin C, lutein, and beta-carotene to prevent heart disease and cancer.
