Dizziness Causes

Being too fast in standing up or sitting down, spinning around quickly, and doing high-intensity exercises – all of these makes you feel dizzy right after.

With this, Doc Willie Ong cites possible causes of dizziness:

  • Eye Problem – If you have a blurry vision, reading too much or excessive use of computer causes dizziness. The best thing to do is to rest your eyes or wear glasses as protection.
  • Ear Problem – This is because the vestibular system is located in the ears and this particular sensory system is responsible providing the brain information about motion, head position, and spatial orientation including motor functions.
  • Blood Pressure – High blood pressure causes dizziness and the same goes if you have low blood pressure and anemic. The best thing to do is maintain a normal blood pressure.
  • Nervousness – If a person is nervous or has panic attack due to fear or witnessing something disgusting, this causes dizziness.
  • Lack Of Oxygen – Dizziness due to lack of oxygen often leads to loss of consciousness. This usually happens when a person is amid a really crowded place and this is due to heat coming from the crowd.

Moreover, according to the public health expert, there are also more serious causes of feeling dizzy such as stroke and brain tumor.
