DEFECATION – Tips To Move Out Wastes From The Body

Defecation and tips and ways to move out wastes from our body.

DEFECATION- Doctors Willie Ong and Liza Ong teach us the tips, types of massages, and techniques on what to do for proper excretion.

Solid waste excretion is a normal process of the body to get rid of toxins. This waste is called feces and these are solid or semisolid remains of food that could not be digested or absorbed in the small intestine. It is discharged through the anus during the process called defecation.

Stool and urine are collectively called as human waste or human excreta. Just like urine, the color of the stool also tells so much about the state of our health which is why you should never hold it. If you continue to disregard the urge to move it out, you might develop constipation.

Here are some tips and techniques:

  • Massage. For 10 minutes, massage the path of your large intestine in your stomach for at least 10 minutes slowly and gently. Do the same method backwards.
  • Work Out. Do some moves by working out, jogging, or walking.
  • Do the right position. Legs are wide spread, straighten your back, and curved out your butt. Don’t put on too much effort when moving out so as to avoid some complications. Push stools slowly.
  • Foods. Eat fruits such as watermelon, grapes, papaya, prune juice, pears, mango, apple carrot, among others and vegetables such as petchay, kangkong, patola, other high fiber veggies.
  • Drink. Drink a lot of water every day at least 10 to 12 glasses in a day.
