Here are some of the things you will need to know about the Vegan diet and the foods you must and must not eat.

VEGAN DIET – In a vegan diet, there are a lot of things you must change and consider in terms of your lifestyle and eating habits.

Turning to a plant-based diet can actually prevent develop diseases considered to be the leading causes of death in the world including a lot of types of cancers such as breast, prostate, and colon, among others. Also, there are others who said that this type of diet can prevent chronic diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, and heart disease.

Since you’ll be having a plant-based diet, what you will need to drop is avoiding all foods that come from animals. This means you have to drop foods like meat, steak, burgers, processed meat of any kind, chicken, bacon, turkey, and other kinds of meat or fish. Also, you also have to let go of cheese, milk, or eggs.

  • Honey
