  4. Grapefruit has as little as 10.6 grams of sugar and since this is a citrus fruit, it is also rich in vitamin C.
  5. Avocado fruit has 1 gram of sugar and is a great source of healthy fats.
  6. Watermelons are sweet and yummy summer treats but in reality, it has very low sugar but is high in electrolytes, vitamin A, and vitamin C.
  7. Oranges are not just low in sugar but also low in calories.

Cucumber, papaya, honeydew melon, apricot, blueberry, cranberry, and guava are also fruits that have low sugar levels.
