Here are the ways it can modify the posture and the ways it can help you:

  2. Lift legs up against the wall and place them vertically facing the ceiling.
  3. Then, try to relax your body.
  4. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and maintain this pose for 20 minutes.
  5. After that, bend knees and push yourself away from the wall through your feet.
